Company History
In 1972 Mike Lane founded J. Michael Lane and Company while simultaneously being a partner in TAE, Inc. and Conlan Engineering & Construction Corporation. He was joined by Lawrence Simonetti and Patrick Teter in 1978. By the year 1988, Mike sold his interests in both TAE and Conlan and formed Lane Engineers, Inc. with Larry and Pat.
Over the years, Lane Engineer’s Inc. developed into a company known for engineering and surveying excellence and has earned the respect of municipalities, developers and contractors alike. During this time frame, we expanded our licensures to multiple states to better serve our national clients. We are also very dedicated to our community by actively participating in service clubs, mentoring students and donating to many local causes.
In 2007 Mike Lane began his transition into retirement after 43 years of service as a Civil and Structural Engineer, handing the reins over to Larry and Pat.
Lane Engineers, Inc. continues its commitment to providing quality design solutions by employing a highly dedicated and well-trained staff. We have over 180 years of combined experience and have amassed technical expertise in many engineering arenas. For over 38 years, we have been serving the communities of the Central Valley and the western United States and will continue to do so for many years to come.
