Experience |
Ron’s career began in 1977,
when he came to work for J. Michael Lane & Company. Since that time he has worked in survey
positions ranging from Chainman, Instrument Operator to Survey Crew
Chief. Extensive fieldwork provided
him with the board experience, professional skills and knowledge he would
later need to serve as Chief of Surveys, which has been Ron’s position since
1988. With nearly 30 years of experience,
Ron has developed an extensive background in the many facets of professional
land surveying including boundary retracements, preparing legal descriptions,
topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, parcel maps, lot line adjustments and
construction staking. As Chief of Surveys Ron
ensures that Lane Engineers, Inc. is constantly staying at the cutting edge
of technology with our survey equipment.
From the early days of the wild T16 theodolite and chain survey to our
latest acquisition of the Trimble S6 Total Station and GPS/RTIC equipment, we
strive to keep up with technical advances both in the field as well as in the
office. |
